Eight Ash Green Youth Club

The Eight Ash Green Youth Club welcomes young people aged between 10-16 to weekly meetings at the Eight Ash Green village hall.

In addition to the chance to get together, there is a pool table, table tennis, darts and Wii games.

The club is affiliated to the Essex Boys and Girls club, which is a large organisation working with hundreds of clubs and around 10,000 young people. They offer a wide range of activities to young people and membership to EAGYC enables people to take advantage of these. Check out their website:

The Youth Club has a code of conduct, and a standard of behaviour for its members. Each member is expected to confirm their agreement to this code of conduct by signing a compliance document.

Copies of the Code of Conduct and the Youth Club Constitution are available from EAG Youth Club, c/o Eight Ash Green Village Hall, Spring Lane, Eight Ash Green, Colchester, Essex.

Volunteers are always required and if you have a couple of hours spare per week that you could give to this worthy cause, please contact Councillor Derek Franklin on 01206 210959
