Broadband Project Update 3rd Feb

Update 3rd Feb. The doorstep survey is now underway and will continue to the end of February. All Volunteers will have a letter of authority from the Parish Council on headed paper in order to prove their identity.

Update 17th Jan. The Parish Council has signed the Partnership agreement with County Broadband and the project is now proceeding. To date, approximately 50 households have expressed an interest in subscribing to the new fast broadband service. The next phase will be to conduct a doorstep survey during the first week of Feb. We need volunteers from the Village to work as part of a team for this survey. This will involve approximately 2 hours of your time for one evening. As a thank you for giving up your time, you will be given 2 months free Broadband access should you subscribe to the new fast broadband service!

If you would like to volunteer please come along to The Cricketers Pub on Tuesday 31st Jan at 8pm for a short meeting. If you are unable to make this meeting, but would like to volunteer please use the "contact us" section at the top of the Home page.
